ELIMINATION OF DAMPNESS CAUSED BY CONDENSATION
A poorly-insulated wall loses heat and produces humidity from condensation.
A description follows of how to use “POLYDROS” on walls and partitions to prevent this type of problem:
“POLYDROS” cellular glass plates are packed with cement plaster, making sure that no plaster is left on the seals.
The plate is placed on the wall and pressed lightly with the hand. Never strike the plate with the palette, trowel or any other object.
Then cover in 10 mm thick cement plaster and, to finish, dress with fine or white plaster (YF or YF/L).
“POLYDROS” cellular glass insulation 40 mm thick is the equivalent of a solid brick wall 750 mm thick
